Size XL Waist is 19.25” Rise is 14.75” Inseam is 31.5” Black Lined in green Zippers on both sides zip all the way from top to the bottom Velcro tabs on sides Elastic waist seems like it could be stretched some Elastic on bottom of legs with Velcro tabs Some snags on protective fabric down low by ankles. Good other than not sure if waistband is supposed to have more give than it does.
