Is this velvet? What is the length?

@waldenrednecks Not velvet, just looks that way because of the print. The fabric is polyester with 5% spandex and is lightweight, smooth and stretchy. The top is 34" from the highest point of the collar to the bottom hem. From pit to pit it's 24 1/2"
