Colorful & ornate mini dress - cold shoulder

This mini dress is SO very colorful and filled with a huge assortment of patters! There is a slit on the shoulder and then again an opening on the lower part of the arm. It’s fully lined as seen in the pics. It measures 16.5” armpit to armpit and is 32” in length. Size medium.
