Colorful maxi dress puff sleeves

Beautiful dress, worn once. Was a gift and not really my style. Still it is really pretty! Rather than dye it black--it seems a shame to waste the colorful explosion. Lots of stretch in the waist area. Room up top, but also works for those, like myself, who are less endowed.
