Colorful floral dress by Los Angelas Designer

Lovely botanical designed flower dress with features of an open back and ruffles around the top hem. The buttons down the top to the floor are decorative and give it an awesome 90’s vibe. Asymmetrical bottom with the sides being slightly longer than the middle. MIDI length dress. Beautiful but just doesn’t fit me anymore. Only worn on special occasions.
