Colorful blouse

I bought this at a second hand store near Pacific Beach and I have gotten so many compliments on it. White pants are my favorite way to wear these but I have used them with skirts and jeans too. One of the coolest pieces I have ever worn, that’s for sure. *hand washing is best because it has tiny little jewel like beads on the front.
