Colorful Strapless Maxi Dress Size XS/S, Y2K

This is a fun and colorful strapless maxi dress. It features a beaded empire waist with a lace-up back. Zippered in the skirt portion. This dress was purchased for prom in 2009 and has been worn a few times since. Still in good used condition. Would be great for a cruise or a Y2K event. Dress does not have a brand or a tag, or a size ... Is a satiny/polyester material. Waist is 13” Length is 54.25 (top of bust to end of skirt)
