Colorful Royal Copley Ceramic Mallard Duck Planter Figurine 1940s 50s Made in US

A very nice vintage Royal Copley Ceramic Mallard duck planter figurine. Circa 1940s 1950s. The Mallard has a shiny glaze finish and has an opening on its back that is approximately 2 inches by 2.5 inches for use as a planter. Royal Copley was made in the USA. This figurine for its years is in very nice condition. It has no breaks, chips or nicks. I did find one tiny nick. See my picture with pen, where the previous owner touched up a tiny little spot near the bird's foot. But I had to look really hard to find this tiny spot. Not noticeable at all. Because of its age there is light crazing. Size 8 inches tall, 6 3/8 inches wide. Non smoking pet free home.
