Brightly colored maxi skirt by New Issues, Division of Jonathan Logan is in excellent condition. The fabric is soft and drapes well. There is no fabric content tag. The smocked elastic waist measures 12” across and stretches to 15 1/2”. The length is 42”. Ships quickly from a smoke and pet-free home. Notice: All vintage items are sold as-is.
