Colorful Jersey Tunic Vest

One size fits most. I wore these twice and am a size 22. It definitely would fit smaller but would be tight in the arm for larger than size 26. Super stretchy. Can be tied in the front under bust or wrapped around neck like a sarong or just let hang like an open tunic. No tags, bought at an arts fair.
