This is a Huichol beaded mask, a handcrafted piece of art made by the Huichol (Wixárika) people of Mexico; These vibrant masks are handcrafted using thousands of tiny glass beads meticulously pressed into a base (often wood or papier-mâché) coated with natural beeswax or resin. I do not currently have this displayed and it deserves to be appreciated ! *due to the nature of how this piece of artwork is made, please note there are a few beads missing throughout but unnoticeable when looking at this straight on
