Colorful Barrel Charm on Sterling Silver Chain

90s-vintage barrel/drum charm with primary-colored metal pieces originally purchased at an art fair. The artist/designer is unknown. Cut out circles reveals a blue tone and cut out triangles reveal a yellow tone. The interior bar, through which the bead is strung onto the necklace, is a red metal. It comes with a 22" slinky sterling silver rope chain and bears the '925' marking as well as the word 'Italy' on the lobster-style clasp.
