Great Allen Tie-Dyes Tank Dress! The brand on the tag is NICE collection. The size tag was gone when I bought it, but am listing it as a Medium. It measures just over 17in., pit to pit, and is about 32in. from center front neck to hem. The fabric is a very soft cotton blend, and would stretch to accommodate. The colors are still great and vibrant.  I did shorten it with a stretch stitch (see last pics).  Festival season is right around the corner! Fast shipping from a smoke free home.
