listitluxe @allthings49 Good Morning! Yes this top is NWT, I remove from factory bundled packaging when item is purchased. This item js drfinitely true to US sizes, I personally wear mine often, and can wear a small or medium - I’m 5’8” and wear a size 8 in jenas/dresses. I can add measurements if that would help though!
