Color block Akira dress in neon yellow/black/blush

I wore this dress once during a trip to Vegas had it dry cleaned and never used again. It has some flaws that I tried to capture in the pics. Some sequins are missing but not noticeable and there's a stain in the back part of the skirt. Again not very noticeable. The skirt is a stretchy lime yellow fabric, and the top is black sequin chiffon with a blush overlay.
