Color Shifting Blue Purple Skirt Below Knee

I bought this back in the nineties or early y2k. I loved this skirt the second I saw it, but I could never find the right top to go with it. I hate to part with it, but it's time to let go and downsize to what fits. Comfortable, light weight woven fabric, with a Swiss dot texture, and a color that constantly shifts from electric blues to vibrant purples. Made of 100% silk and lined with a thin woven layer of 100% cotton. Very nice quality item. Straight style that falls just below the knees. No pockets.
