Lang and Wise Wetherburn's Tavern. Part of the Colonial Williamsburg series. Can be lighted with the included cord and bulb. First edition from 1997. This collectible is one in a series based on the historic restoration at Colonial Williamsburg. This piece is in mint condition and is in the original box. It had never been taken out of the box (except for pictures). Please note: This is very heavy and exceeds Poshmark's 10 lb weight limit for shipping. However, I do have a solution. The green box weighs several pounds. I can ship the green box and the house (fully encased in Styrofoam) in separate boxes. Please reach out before purchase - The buyer will need to make 2 separate purchases: this listing and then a separate listing which I will create for $3 (Poshmark's minimum listing price) for the green box.
