Colombia push up butt lift jeans (UT)

I bought this Colombia butt lift jeans from another posh but I think it's for a junior, not woman's. I wear a 6 or 7, If it is a woman's it's cut very small. still have tag here are the measurements waist 14", hips 17" waist to crotch 9" inseam 31" length 40". it's a skinny not alot of stretch. looks like a puck, but not sure.
