mmkoriginal @youre2slowbro Hi Leona! How are you? Sorry for the delay. Resting my feet after a long day. I have those measurements for you. Laying flat is 10 inches and if stretched to max is 18 inches. You can see it has elastic stitch at the waist line. Very comfortable. I am small to petite and this fits well.

mmkoriginal @youre2slowbro Silly me, I thought I replied to your questions. The length is 28 inches long from hem to hem on center. It has a 6 inch drop on the spaghetti strap which is adjustable.
