Collective Concepts NWT Sleeveless Size Small Blouse

For sale is this brand new with tags blouse from Collective Concepts. This is a sleeveless top that has thin spagetti straps. It is made of 100% polyester and has a silky feel to the material. The top has a lining underneath as well. The chest measurement under the arms is 16.5" across and the length from the top of the shoulder strap to the hemline is 21". This is brand new with tags and comes from my smoke free home.
