Collectible pillow Shipibo Butterfly Chinese coins

I got this at a flea market and so I don’t know how to describe it. It is a pillow but has coins dangling from each of the four corners. It has some frayed threads, it is stitched with different patterns. It’s a really cool mini pillow! Pillow is about an 8” by 8” square with 2-3” depth
