Collectible Plate, Henri D'Arceau Limoges Plate Les Femmes Du Siècle Scarlet en Crinoline 1875, Women of The Century A gorgeous vintage collectible plate, Scarlet in Crinoline - "The Inaccessible Woman" - 1865. The first in the series of, "Women of the Century", by Henri D'Arceau and painted by FR. Ganeau, 1976. It's in wonderful vintage condition no chips or cracks and measures 8 1/2" in diameter.
