Collared Striped Blouse

I really wanted this piece to work but it was a tad overwhelming on my petite frame. I'm 5'1" for reference. slightly oversized fit. back is longer than front. The front has a slight cinch to it. the fabric looks like it has a run in it but I had bought it like that. tried to capture on camera. hope it finds a new home! let me know if you have any questions.
