No visible scratches or scrapes on upper. Sole/heel has minor wear from walking outside a bit. Worn no more than 5 times. Very nicely cushioned. True to size. Loved these, but I just hate wearing heels in general and I don’t work in a formal office anymore, so it is time to pare down.
