“Greetings from staging within the Franklin Mountains State Park in El Paso, Texas with images from the book Cheap Old Houses! I’m a preloved, in excellent condition, pair of Cole Haan black leather Shelby Bit II loafer moccasins, size 8. Detailed with horse bit hardware and paired with the rubber-nubbed sole that distinguishes a true driving shoe. I’ve been cleaned & conditioned with Lexol Leather products. Fun 🤩 fact: while staging these shoes, came across a shard of glass from a 1966 Dr. Pepper 16oz. Bottle. The 4 represents when it used to be advertised “Drink a bite to eat at 10, 2 and 4,” when research showed those times were when people experienced sugar lows.
