Cole Haan Air Adams Split Oxfords

My brother’s. GUC. Soft leather. Matte finish. Nike Air soles. Nordstrom’s description: Classic split-toe oxford is expertly crafted from supple, hand-burnished calfskin leather & outfitted with Nike Air cushioning. Calfskin leather upper & lining/rubber sole. Insole seems leather too. Soft & padded. Curves up for some arch support. Flaws (see photos): On left toe box, some pin pricks (not sure how to describe) where leather has come up; creases in toe box; wear on heel; wear at front outsole. Smoke-free home, but my brother had a cat. I don't see any cat hair on these shoes, however. Size 9.5 M
