Coldwater Creek floral print blouse with ruffle detail at neck and sleeve

Coldwater Creek button down blouse with a V-neck and a ruffle at the neck line as well as at the wrist. This is such a beautiful and special blouse. The fabric on this just feels really high end and it wasn’t until I just took a picture of the material content that I see that it says Italian fabric, it’s rayon and lined with polyester, but it’s just a really nice shirt. Only worn once or twice, still in perfect condition. I love the double ruffle at the bottom of the sleeve. The front is lined as well as the back, the sleeves are not they are sheer. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, and it’s just a well-made, beautiful piece to have in your closet. See photos for measurements. This is a small petite and I don’t normally buy petite sizes but it fit me perfect as a regular small.
