Coldwater Creek Velvet Silk Embroidered Shirt XS

I’m not really sure how to classify this one. It could be a shirt, but I think it’s like a soft blazer. This wearable art has it all...velvet, silk patchwork, beads, sequins and embroidery! A feast for the eyes. The tag says XS, but I feel this would be more like a small in other brands.
