The pockets are decorative there isn't actually a pocket opening under the flap. The shoulder pads are thin and are built into the coat, so they are not removable; however the shoulder pads, in my opinion, are great for this piece. The jacket has cropped sleeves. This would be a great night out jacket! The approximate measurements are: 22” shoulder to waist, 20” pit to pit and an 18” sleeve length.
