Cold-shoulder button-up long-sleeve dress

In excellent pre-owned condition, no flaws. A lot to love about this dress - elastic waistband makes it very comfortable and forgiving size-wise. It is fully lined, has 4 buttons on the top portion that are functional as well. The straps in the tank portion at the top are thicker and you can wear a regular bra with no problem. There is also elastic at the end of the sleeves. Approx length is 35"
