I have contacted you several times with no response. Poshmark has attempted to contact you with no response. Your site shows the Coldest tumbler as “SOLD” and the money came out of my account three weeks ago. Still no shipping update….I am still interested in the purchase but feel like I am being forced into asking for a refund.
