Cold shoulder glitter lace mermaid dress

Professionally altered bridesmaid/prom/special occasion dress purchased from David's bridal. Only used for wedding and when trying on and alterations. This dress is fully lined. Merlot/burgundy originally a size 6 was adjusted at the waist,hips, and length. Shoulder straps were removed and elastic was added to sleeves to keep dress in place. I am 5'4, wore 3 inch heels for alterations. My measurements are Chest 36 Waist 28 Hips 40 I'll consider reasonable offers.
