Does this dress run small or tts?

@karenpineda17 I bought it for a client who never ended up trying it on so I’m not sure. It measures 44 inches around the bust, and 38 around the waist and then it’s very flowy below that. There’s also a bit of stretch to the dress so it could fit an extra 4ish inches around. Hopefully that helps!
