Cold shoulder dress

Purchased from Francesca’s boutique. Very pretty maroon color with eyelet/flower cutout oh sleeves. Can be worn with cold shoulder look or letting them drape down like in picture. I’m 5 foot 6 and it hit above knee but not short! Very comfortable length and material. Only worn once.
