Cold Shoulder Blouse

Super cute and on trend! This loose fitting button-down is semi-sheer with an open, cold shoulder design and has bat wing sleeves. It would be ideal for anyone size 12 and up, I am a 6 on top and have worn it incredibly baggy (which really took away any concern of sheer-ness) and it was cute but just too too big, especially when I have no chest. Machine wash and dry!
