Coin crafted into a ring!

It features King George on the front and Latin verse. coat-of-arms on the back. I am not sure if the material is silver; however, it was clearly made by a skilled craftsman. It is very well made. Definitely a conversation piece. Ring size is small. Likely a 5.5.
