I have to follow their minimum pricing rules and I'm allowed to sell 10% below retail, the new retail is now lower but it's not as low as your offer. My counteroffer is the absolute lowest I can go at this point. And at some point these purses will be gone for good :)

I don't know if this will help or not, but these are discontinued so once they are gone it's forever. These are new with tags. You might be able to find a preowned one for that price.
