Code vintage orange cover up large top

80’s/90’s orange short sleeved cover up/sundress. Has an interesting textured fabric with little metal details and cute gold buttons. I’ve worn this as a beach cover up and an oversized dress w a belt. No size tag but I’m sure it’s probably an extra large or something like that.
