Cocomo Petite blouse, size S neutral geometric, ties ruffle stand up collar EUC

Cocomo Petite blouse with 3/4 smocked/elastic cuff sleeves. Split v-neck style with a stand up collar and ties. The collar and tops of the shoulders have little ruffles. Interlocking block pattern in black and white. Size PS (petite small) but this is a bit oversized. Be sure to see the pictures for precise measurements! EUC
