Cocktail/formal/prom floral dress strapless 16/17

I so wish this was in my size. Pictures do not do it justice. The colors really pop and the structure of the dress is just really good. Nice V in top. Skirt doesn't have tulle but it really holds it shape well - like a bubble almost. There is elastic in the back top to allow stretch. Boning on side of top. Sticky elastic to help hold the top up. Zip back. No holes, rips, or stains. Bust measures approximately 40 with extra give from the elastic.
