The outer layer is made from 100% silk exclusive of decorations. The lining is made from 100% rayon. Made in India. Brand Tag is faded - can not read. Very good condition. Shoulder pads (one side is loose on one side of the shoulder pad but can easily be reattached or removed). Beading looks good. IF there are any missing, I can't see nor tell.
