Cocktail Dress NWOT Size M (Possibly fit a S/M/L)

This hasn’t been worn. I measured pit to pit across front & was 17” but has a lot of stretch, elastic waist & adjustable straps It has an under layer that feels silky but stretchy too & there’s gold arguing sewn on breast & around the back above waist,back zipper at waist. No label found would probably need dry cleaning. length from waist down to hem is 19” & on me (I am 5’4”) it comes just to top of knee. Has several layers of graduating netting. Gorgeous new dress!
