Cocktail Dress!

Lovely simple and elegant dress. Perfect for wedding, spring time, family pictures. Dress it up or down. Material is chiffon type (not starchy) but the waist is with elastic. Sleeves and collar are lines with black soft elastic(stretchy) Attached oversized bow on the right shoulder. The size tag is out but will fit medium.
