Coca-Cola Fabriche Santa W/ Drink Coke Sign Toy Train 14” Kurt Adler

In good preowned condition. The sign is supposed to light up. I put fresh batteries in and it flickered a couple times and then stopped working. I would assume the lightbulb blew out. But I have no idea if its even able to be changed. I assume you would have to take it apart. See photos to determine condition for yourself.
