Cobalt blue mesh and bubble fit and flare scuba dress, size 1

Dress features bubble textured crew neckline and cap sleeves with hem to match. Overlaid in mesh, with a sweetheart neckline and fitted waist. Back zipper is silver, with large faux pearl pull. Was too small for me to zip (obviously - it's a size one lol). Some stretch, but not too much. Brand is oversize, but dress is not. Kind of a stupid brand name in my opinion. 🦊 For reference, I am 5’4”, and wear small-med in standard sizing. I wear med-Large in Juniors.
