Cobalt Blue Tunic Shift Dress

Elegant and sophisticated! One of my favorite colors is cobalt blue--a warm, inky, purply/blue color that looks amazing on almost every skin tone.  Although I love a little black dress, a little blue dress like this is a great alternative. Great pleating detail on the back! Unlined and no pockets.
