This says small in description but has a large tag is it a kids large that fits a small or is it just wrong in description? Thank you

@90angela90 so,I bought this from wish.com and their "large" I have found are really small,so I didn't want to write "large" in fear that someone who's a normal large would be interested although I should fix that. thank you for pointing it out.
