Gently used, got for my birthday last year but it’s been more of a shelf display: it’s gorgeous and classy but I have several purses I prefer way more. There are flaws hence the price. All flaws relate to the metal hardware being scuffed. Placed protector on the rings because it was starting to scuff. I won’t remove the to take photos and risk scuffing more. Do not rate low due to hardware when it’s been disclosed. Comes with shoulder strap and cross body strap, dust bag, and price tag as shown in photos.
