It does have a hang tag, it's red just like the bag. I'll do more pics tomorrow. The bag is about 9" tall, 8" wide and 4" deep. I'll do exact measurements and post them. The bag is in great shape both inside and out, the leather is a very squishy pebbled leather. I'll put up more pics tomorrow. Thank you for your interest.
