This item was meant as a collectors display item only. Some pet owners have used the collar and coat on their own very small pets. Toy is Signature Khaki Brown Jacquard The coat is attached by v*lcro around the neck and under the belly. Dog measures approximately 16” Nose to tip of tail & 11” Head to toe.
